Winners’ List 2020
_________________________

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the deadline of this year's competition was delayed to July 31, 2020.  Many schools and art studios were closed, but we still received about half the number of entries compared from the previous years. The art works submitted were of very high quality, making the selection by the experienced judges a challenging task.

The following 48 pieces were chosen from a total of 103 entries (Brush Painting 80, Calligraphy 23) submitted by 16 different Chinese Schools, arts studios, and individuals from 8 states (CA, CT, MA,  MI, NC, SC, TX, WA ).  The images of the 48 winners’ art works will be posted on our website around September 30, 2020.  We have also listed the finalists from each groups, their works were also excellent.  This project is funded in part by: “The Tan Family Culture Fund” and  donations from the general public. The names of the judges are listed at the end of this release. This competition will be repeated next year.  The deadline for submission is April 15, 2021, and the jury date will be Saturday, April 24, 2021.
