The following 59 winners were chosen from a total of 461 entries
(Brush Painting: 326, Calligraphy: 135) submitted by 38 different Chinese Schools from
nine states (GA, MD, NJ, NY, MA, PA, TX, CT, and CA.) The photos of the 59 winners will be
posted on our website at: www.ChinesePerformingArts.net around May 30, 2005. We have also
listed the finalists from each groups, their works were also excellent. This project is
funded in part by: The Tan Family Culture Fund, The Hai Hua Culture
Series, and the Chinese American Fine Art Society. The names of the
judges are listed at the end of this release.
